Fall Champagne Welcome!

Nearly 50 members and guests greeted each other as we celebrated the our inaugural season with a new purpose -- art study. Our speakers from Doyle Auction House, Kathleen Doyle, CEO and Reid Dunavant, SVP Mid-Atlantic Region, gave a talk on their adventures in the world of art, furniture, decorative arts and jewelry. With many decades of experience between them and more than a few seasons of Antiques Road Show under their belt, they certainly entertained, educated and inspired us. Check your book shelves for first edition signed literary classics and other dusty tomes -- just maybe you'll find an original letter from George Washington tucked in between the pages. A double win!

The program was followed by a champagne toast, an unveiling of our new website and lunch with Kathy and Reid.
