Before hours tour of "Eye of the Sun" exhibit and Corcoran works with Senior Curator Phill

On October 10th,

Our first outing of the year at the National Gallery of Art. Two curator-led tours: one by Diane Waggoner, who took us through her current Eye of the Sun American photography exhibition, and another tour by Philip Brookman, already known and beloved from his years at the Corcoran Gallery of Art, who took us through important photography from the NGA collection, including motion works by Eadweard Muybridge which influenced, as Philip will demonstrate, American painting that followed.
