Type of Applicant Upload Requirements

 

Visual Artist: A maximum of five artwork images may be submitted from recent work. Detail or installation shots may also be included. Additional information described on application form below.

 

Museum: Please submit images of installations, educational or marketing materials related to a recent similar project. If applicable, submit your 501(c)3 IRS determination letter. Additional information described on application form below.

 

Non-profit/Educational Institution: Please submit images of materials related to a recent fine art project along with photographs of the installation or educational event. Also, please submit your 501(c)3 IRS determination letter. Additional information described on application form below.
